- Contract-to-hire role through CDW working for our end client. The position converts to perm after 6 months
- $38 - $45/hr W2 pay rate during contract period, $75k - $90k salary conversion.
- Must be local to either Ames or Mason City, Iowa.
- Hybrid schedule -- 2-3 days per week on-site, the other days work remote from home
- Will be some car travel required (gas/mileage reimbursed)
Overview
Our client is seeking a junior-mid level Network Engineer to assist in supporting their network infrastructure. Cisco route/switch experience required, with ideally some Fortinet firewall background. Current environment includes Fortinet firewalls, FortiSDWAN, and Ubiquiti Wireless.
Would prefer someone who is CCNA level with some Fortinet Firewall background. Initially this position will entail lots of break/fix responsibilities but the person hired in this position will get to grow into a design role with the company.
